Originally established in aviation, our Company has steadily advanced as an industry leader in marine and non-marine losses, including long and short haul trucking, physical damage and liability. The principals of Howe Associates began their careers in 1969, providing over thirty eight years of service to the insurance community. Howe Associates' qualified staff in St. Louis, Missouri and Wichita, Kansas provides their clients with over 150 years of combined insurance adjusting and investigating expertise. LOCATION

 

Each office is equipped with the availability of private aircraft to service its clients anywhere in the United States as required. The St. Louis office, primarily services Missouri and its nine adjoining and surrounding states—Illinois, Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Tennessee, Kentucky and Indiana.

 

The Wichita, Kansas, office primarily services Kansas and its six adjoining and surrounding states—Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska, Colorado, Oklahoma, Minnesota and Northern Texas.  Due to sparse population and few adjusting services the Wichita office also handles claims in North and South Dakota.

 

PROFESSIONALISM STANDARDS OF SERVICE

 

Howe Associates is dedicated to providing its clients with a full investigative report prepared within seven days after returning to the office from an infield investigation. Personal and professional contact with insured’s are made the same day the loss is assigned. Howe Associates' Adjusters make contact with bodily injury claimants or families in a sympathetic and timely fashion.

 

RATES

 

All claims are handled on a direct hourly basis with direct expenses charged as incurred. Details of these charges are available and will be forwarded on request.

 

For claims management accounts, annual fees are available. Private aircraft are used whenever feasible to minimize travel expenses. Such expenses are kept to as reasonable a level as possible and are billed to the client as incurred and pro­rated whenever possible.
